Summit classes are designed to be fun and exciting, while helping you lose weight, build muscle, or simply get in better shape. Designed for all skill levels and athletic abilities from just off the couch to the seasoned athlete. Each class features a full body workout backed by exercise science that uses a mix of equipment from weighted sleds, medicine balls, TRX bands, dumbbells, weighted racks, and more that will be sure to have you leaving sweaty, sore, and smiling.
