Summit combines strength training, conditioning, and functional movement into 45-minute coach-led classes. You’ll use equipment like sleds, weights, TRX, medicine balls, rowers, and more, with a coach guiding the workout from start to finish. Every class is built to help you train hard, move well, and leave feeling successful.
You do not need to plan your workout, guess what weight to use, or figure it out alone. Each class gives you structure, coaching, and accountability so it is easier to stay consistent.
The workouts are challenging, but the coach helps adjust the movements, pace, and intensity to match where you are that day.
All you have to do is show up.
Whether you are new to fitness, getting back into a routine, or already active, your coach will help you find the right version of the workout.

Your first class is simple. Arrive a few minutes early, meet your coach, recieve a tour of our facility and we’ll walk you through the workout all before class starts.
During class, your coach will help with form, modifications, and pace so you know what to do and feel comfortable the entire time.
